У застосунку

1. Відкрий Lapix і перейди в Профіль › Налаштування › Допомога.
2. Натисни «Написати в підтримку» (або «Повідомити про проблему» чи «Запропонувати ідею») і опиши, що сталося.
3. Відповідь прийде в «Мої звернення» на тому ж екрані, а також сповіщенням. Там можна дописати подробиці або закрити звернення.

Листом

Пиши на [email protected]. Якщо питання про твій акаунт, пиши з пошти, на яку його зареєстровано: так ми зможемо допомогти й не відкриємо нічого чужій людині. Ніколи не надсилай нам пароль.

Акаунт заблоковано

Увійди в застосунок як завжди: на екрані блокування видно, до коли й чому. Там же є «Написати в підтримку», щоб оскаржити блокування, «Мої звернення» з відповідями команди і «Видалити акаунт». Якщо увійти не виходить, напиши на [email protected].

Видалення акаунта

Акаунт можна видалити будь-коли в Профіль › Налаштування › Акаунт › «Видалити акаунт». Як це зробити без застосунку і що саме видаляється, описано на сторінці видалення акаунта.

Часті питання

• Як додати другого пса? Профіль › «Додати пса». Перемикати собак можна у вкладці Lapix кнопкою з імʼям угорі.
• Як працюють нагадування? У вкладці Lapix відкрий «Календар» і додай нагадування: ліки, щеплення, прогулянки. У вибраний час прийде сповіщення.
• Що робити, якщо пес загубився? На головній натисни «+» › «Загубився пес» (або «Загубив пса» на мапі), вкажи місце й радіус. Люди, чий дім у цьому радіусі, отримають сповіщення з фото. Коли пес знайдеться, познач це в тривозі.
• Чи бачать інші, де я? Ні, доки ти не ввімкнеш «Показувати мене на мапі» в налаштуваннях приватності. Навіть тоді видно лише приблизне місце, не точніше ніж до 1 км.
• Як поскаржитися на пост, людину чи повідомлення? Натисни «…» біля них і обери «Поскаржитись». Ми розглядаємо скарги протягом 24 годин. Людину можна й заблокувати.
• Коли зʼявиться ШІ? ШІ за фото відкриється 01.11.2026, перед першим фото ми попросимо окрему згоду. ШІ-помічник (чат) зʼявиться пізніше. ШІ не замінює ветеринара.
• Скільки коштує Lapix? Зараз усе безкоштовно: платних функцій і підписок немає.

In the app

1. Open Lapix and go to Profile › Settings › Help.
2. Tap “Write to support” (or “Report a problem” or “Suggest an idea”) and describe what happened.
3. The answer arrives in “My requests” on the same screen and as a notification. You can add details there or close the request.

By email

Write to [email protected]. For a question about your account, write from the email address of that account: this way we can help without showing anything to a stranger. Never send us your password.

Account blocked

Sign in to the app as usual: the block screen says until when and why. It also has “Write to support” to appeal the block, “My requests” with the team's answers and “Delete account”. If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected].

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile › Settings › Account › “Delete account”. How to do it without the app and what is deleted is on the account deletion page.

Frequent questions

• How do I add a second dog? Profile › “Add a dog”. Switch between dogs on the Lapix tab with the name button at the top.
• How do reminders work? On the Lapix tab open “Calendar” and add a reminder: medicine, vaccinations, walks. A notification arrives at the chosen time.
• What if my dog is lost? On Home tap “+” › “Lost dog” (or “I lost my dog” on the map) and set the place and the radius. People whose home is inside the radius get a notification with the photo. When the dog is found, mark it in the alert.
• Do others see where I am? No, not until you turn on “Show me on the map” in the privacy settings yourself. Even then they see only an approximate spot, never closer than 1 km.
• How do I report a post, a person or a message? Tap “…” next to it and choose “Report”. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also block the person.
• When does the AI arrive? Photo AI opens on 01.11.2026; before the first photo we ask for a separate consent. The AI helper (chat) comes later. AI does not replace a vet.
• How much does Lapix cost? Everything is free for now: there are no paid features or subscriptions.
