Володілець персональних даних: розробник застосунку Lapix (фізична особа). З усіх питань щодо даних пиши на [email protected].

Зараз Lapix працює в режимі тестового запуску: ми перевіряємо, чи потрібен такий сервіс власникам собак. Ця політика описує саме ту версію застосунку, яка працює зараз.

• Акаунт: email, пароль (лише в незворотно захешованому вигляді), імʼя, імʼя користувача, місто (його ти обираєш зі списку), текст «Про себе», фото профілю, мова, часовий пояс телефона, налаштування сповіщень і приватності, дата підтвердження пошти, підтвердження, що тобі вже є 16 років, дата і версія прийнятих умов і політики конфіденційності.
• Пси: кличка, порода, дата народження, стать, розмір, енергія, характер, фото, номер чипа (якщо ти його вкажеш), Lapix ID.
• Догляд: нагадування, щеплення, ліки, вага, прогулянки (час і відстань). Маршрути прогулянок і GPS-треки ми не записуємо.
• Соціальні функції: пости, коментарі, вподобання, історії та їх перегляди, підписки, повідомлення в чатах, зустрічі й спільноти. Місце зустрічі — це текст, який вказує організатор.
• Тривога про загубленого пса: фото й опис пса, місто і місце, де його бачили востаннє, написане текстом (наприклад, «Парк Шевченка»).
• Фото: під час завантаження ми видаляємо з фото метадані, зокрема GPS-координати з EXIF.
• Підтримка: звернення, які ти надсилаєш у застосунку, і наше листування щодо них.
• Безпека: кого ти заблокував(ла), скарги від тебе й на тебе, рішення модерації, токени сесій, технічні журнали сервера (IP-адреса, час, запит).
• Сповіщення: токен пристрою для push-сповіщень (Apple або Google), якщо ти їх дозволиш.
• Сайт: під час бронювання Lapix ID ми зберігаємо email, твоє імʼя, кличку пса, мову, час згоди й бронювання та хеш IP-адреси, створений із секретним ключем (саму IP-адресу не зберігаємо).

• Геолокації. Застосунок не запитує доступ до місцезнаходження, не зберігає координат і не має мапи людей чи місць. Місто ти обираєш вручну. Якщо мапа зʼявиться в одному з наступних оновлень, ми спершу оновимо цю політику й попросимо твою згоду.
• Перевірки фото штучним інтелектом. Вона поки не працює, і жодні фото не передаються постачальникам ШІ. Перед її запуском ми оновимо цю політику.
• Реклами, платежів і підписок. У цій версії немає платних функцій, ми не отримуємо платіжних даних.
• Аналітики й трекерів. Ми не підключаємо сторонніх SDK для аналітики чи відстеження, не продаємо дані, не читаємо контакти телефону й не збираємо біометрію.

Дані про здоровʼя пса не належать до даних про здоровʼя людини, але ми захищаємо їх так само уважно.

• Надати сервіс (акаунт, профілі, стрічка, чати, зустрічі, спільноти, догляд, нагадування, тривоги у твоєму місті, підтримка): виконання договору з тобою, тобто Умов користування (п. 3 ч. 1 ст. 11 Закону України «Про захист персональних даних»; ст. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Push-сповіщення: твоя згода, яку ти даєш дозволом у системі телефона (п. 1 ч. 1 ст. 11 Закону; ст. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Вимкнути сповіщення можна будь-коли в налаштуваннях телефона або застосунку.
• Безпека, захист від спаму й зловживань, модерація, розгляд скарг, технічні журнали: наш законний інтерес у безпечному сервісі (п. 6 ч. 1 ст. 11 Закону; ст. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Ти можеш заперечити проти такої обробки, написавши нам.
• Бронювання Lapix ID на сайті: твоя згода (позначка під формою). Відкликати її можна листом на [email protected]. Обробка до відкликання лишається законною.

• Профіль, псів і пости бачать інші люди згідно з твоїми налаштуваннями приватності.
• Пости «для всіх» бачать інші користувачі Lapix, історії — підписники протягом 24 годин.
• Тривогу про загубленого пса бачать і отримують у сповіщенні люди, які вказали те саме місто.
• Записи догляду (нагадування, щеплення, ліки, вага, прогулянки) призначені для тебе й не публікуються в стрічці.
• Повідомлення в чаті бачать лише учасники розмови. Наскрізного шифрування немає. Повідомлення, на які поскаржилися, може переглянути модератор.
• Звернення в підтримку бачить лише розробник Lapix.

Ми передаємо дані лише постачальникам, які обробляють їх за нашим дорученням (розпорядникам), і лише в потрібному обсязі:

• CityHost, Україна — сервер (VDS) в Україні, на якому зберігаються дані застосунку й сайту;
• Cloudflare, Inc., США — захист і прискорення сайту й API. Через Cloudflare проходить увесь трафік, він бачить IP-адреси;
• Resend, Inc., США — листи з кодами підтвердження й інші службові листи: адреса пошти й текст листа;
• Apple Inc. (APNs) і Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging), США — доставка push-сповіщень: токен пристрою й текст сповіщення;
• Google LLC (Google Fonts), США — шрифти сайту: IP-адреса під час відкриття сторінки.

Cloudflare, Resend, Apple і Google можуть обробляти дані за межами України, зокрема в США. Ми передаємо їм лише те, без чого сервіс не працює, на умовах договорів із ними, що містять стандартні гарантії захисту даних (стандартні договірні положення Європейської комісії або EU-US Data Privacy Framework) (ст. 29 Закону; ст. 45-46 GDPR). Іншим постачальникам дані не передаються.

Ми можемо розкрити дані органам влади лише на законну вимогу. Ми не продаємо дані й не передаємо їх для реклами.

• Акаунт і твій вміст зберігаються, поки існує акаунт. Після видалення акаунта ми видаляємо дані протягом 30 днів.
• Резервні копії зберігаються до 30 днів, тож видалені дані зникають і з них не пізніше ніж через 30 днів.
• Історії показуються 24 години і видаляються разом із переглядами ще через 24 години.
• Технічні журнали сервера зберігаються до 30 днів.
• Звернення в підтримку зберігаються до 12 місяців після закриття.
• Скарги й рішення модерації зберігаються до 12 місяців після рішення.
• Коди з листів діють до використання і не довше 24 годин.
• Токен пристрою зберігається до виходу з акаунта, вимкнення сповіщень або видалення акаунта.
• Бронювання Lapix ID на сайті зберігається до запуску застосунку і ще не довше 12 місяців після нього, або до твого запиту на видалення, якщо він надійде раніше.

Відповідно до ст. 8 Закону України «Про захист персональних даних» і ст. 15-22 GDPR ти можеш: дізнатися, які дані ми маємо, і отримати їх копію; виправити їх; видалити; обмежити обробку; заперечити проти обробки; відкликати згоду; поскаржитися до Уповноваженого Верховної Ради України з прав людини (ombudsman.gov.ua) або, якщо ти живеш у ЄС, до наглядового органу своєї країни.

Як це зробити: більшість даних можна змінити або видалити прямо в застосунку. Видалити акаунт: Налаштування → Акаунт → Видалити акаунт. Без застосунку це можна зробити за цією інструкцією (lapix.space/delete-account). Решту запитів надсилай на [email protected] з адреси, привʼязаної до акаунта. Ми відповідаємо протягом 30 календарних днів.

Lapix призначений для людей від 16 років. Під час реєстрації ти підтверджуєш, що тобі вже виповнилося 16. Діти до 16 років не можуть користуватися Lapix. Якщо ми дізнаємося, що акаунт належить молодшій людині, ми його видалимо.

Сервер розташований в Україні й працює за захистом Cloudflare. Зʼєднання шифруються (HTTPS), паролі зберігаються лише у вигляді хешу, доступ до сервера має тільки розробник, з фото видаляються метадані, зокрема про місце зйомки.

Сайт не ставить рекламних чи аналітичних cookies. У памʼяті браузера (localStorage) зберігаються лише вибрані тема й мова. Cloudflare може ставити технічні cookies захисту від ботів, без яких сайт не працює. Посилання на Threads та Instagram ведуть на сайти Meta, що мають власну політику.

Про суттєві зміни ми повідомимо в застосунку щонайменше за 14 днів до того, як вони почнуть діяти. Дату редакції вказано вгорі. Нові функції, що змінюють обробку даних (мапа чи геолокація, перевірка фото ШІ, платні функції), ми запустимо лише після оновлення цієї політики, а там, де потрібна згода, — після того, як попросимо її.

Lapix is currently in a test launch: we are checking whether dog owners need a service like this. This policy describes exactly the version of the app that is live now.

• Account: email, password (only as an irreversible hash), name, username, city (you pick it from a list), bio, profile photo, language, phone time zone, notification and privacy settings, email confirmation date, your confirmation that you are 16 or older, and the date and version of the terms and privacy policy you accepted.
• Dogs: name, breed, date of birth, sex, size, energy, traits, photos, microchip number (if you add it), Lapix ID.
• Care: reminders, vaccinations, medicines, weight, walks (time and distance). We do not record walk routes or GPS tracks.
• Social features: posts, comments, likes, stories and their views, follows, chat messages, meetups and communities. A meetup's place is a text written by the organiser.
• Lost dog alert: the dog's photo and description, the city and the place it was last seen, written as text (for example, “Shevchenko Park”).
• Photos: when you upload a photo, we remove its metadata, including GPS coordinates in EXIF.
• Support: the requests you send in the app and our correspondence about them.
• Safety: people you blocked, reports by you and about you, moderation decisions, session tokens, server logs (IP address, time, request).
• Notifications: the device push token (Apple or Google) if you allow notifications.
• Website: when you reserve a Lapix ID we keep your email, your name, the dog's name, the language, the time of consent and of the reservation, and a keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself).

• Location. The app does not ask for access to your location, stores no coordinates and has no map of people or places. You choose your city by hand. If a map arrives in a later update, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
• AI photo checks. This feature is not active yet, and no photos are sent to any AI provider. We will update this policy before it starts.
• Ads, payments and subscriptions. This version has no paid features, and we receive no payment data.
• Analytics and tracking. We use no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, do not sell data, do not read your phone contacts and do not collect biometrics.

A dog's health data is not human health data, but we protect it with the same care.

• To provide the service (account, profiles, feed, chats, meetups, communities, care, reminders, alerts in your city, support): performance of our contract with you, the Terms of use (Art. 11(1)(3) of the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Push notifications: your consent, given through your phone's system permission (Art. 11(1)(1) of the Law; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone or app settings.
• Safety, anti-spam and anti-abuse, moderation, handling reports, server logs: our legitimate interest in a safe service (Art. 11(1)(6) of the Law; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object by writing to us.
• Lapix ID reservation on the site: your consent (the checkbox under the form). You can withdraw it by writing to [email protected]; processing before withdrawal stays lawful.

• Your profile, dogs and posts are visible to other people as set in your privacy settings.
• “Everyone” posts are seen by other Lapix users; stories by your followers for 24 hours.
• Lost dog alerts are shown and sent to people who chose the same city.
• Care records (reminders, vaccinations, medicines, weight, walks) are for you and are not published in the feed.
• Chat messages are visible only to the people in the conversation; there is no end-to-end encryption; a moderator may review reported messages.
• Support requests are seen only by the Lapix developer.

Only with providers who process data on our behalf (processors), and only as much as they need:

• CityHost, Ukraine — the server (VPS) in Ukraine that stores the app and site data;
• Cloudflare, Inc., USA — protection and acceleration of the site and the API; all traffic passes through it and it sees IP addresses;
• Resend, Inc., USA — confirmation codes and other service emails: your email address and the email text;
• Apple Inc. (APNs) and Google LLC (Firebase Cloud Messaging), USA — push delivery: the device token and the notification text;
• Google LLC (Google Fonts), USA — website fonts: your IP address when a page opens.

Cloudflare, Resend, Apple and Google may process data outside Ukraine, including in the USA. We give them only what the service cannot work without, under contracts that include standard data protection safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) (Art. 29 of the Law; Art. 45-46 GDPR). No other providers receive your data.

We disclose data to authorities only on a lawful request. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

• Account and content: while the account exists. After you delete the account, we delete the data within 30 days.
• Backups: kept for up to 30 days, so deleted data leaves them within 30 days too.
• Stories: shown for 24 hours, deleted with their views 24 hours later.
• Server logs: up to 30 days.
• Support requests: up to 12 months after they are closed.
• Reports and moderation decisions: up to 12 months after the decision.
• Email codes: until used, at most 24 hours.
• Device token: until you sign out, turn notifications off or delete the account.
• Lapix ID reservation on the site: until the app launches and at most 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, if that comes first.

Under Art. 8 of the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection and Art. 15-22 GDPR you can: learn what data we have and get a copy; correct it; delete it; restrict processing; object to processing; withdraw consent; complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua) or, if you live in the EU, to the supervisory authority of your country.

How: most data can be changed or deleted right in the app. To delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account. Without the app, follow these steps (lapix.space/delete-account). Send other requests to [email protected] from your account email. We answer within 30 calendar days.

Lapix is for people aged 16 and over. When you sign up you confirm that you are 16 or older. Children under 16 may not use Lapix. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

The server is in Ukraine and sits behind Cloudflare. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as hashes, only the developer can access the server, and metadata, including where a photo was taken, is removed from photos.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage (localStorage) keeps only your theme and language. Cloudflare may set technical bot-protection cookies that the site needs to work. The Threads and Instagram links lead to Meta's sites, which have their own policies.

We will announce material changes in the app at least 14 days before they apply; the version date is at the top. New features that change how data is processed (a map or location, AI photo checks, paid features) will start only after this policy is updated and, where consent is needed, after we ask for it.
