Видалення акаунта

Застосунок Lapix · lapix.space

Ти можеш будь-коли видалити свій акаунт Lapix разом із даними, повʼязаними з ним. Це можна зробити в застосунку або, якщо застосунку вже немає, листом.

У застосунку

  1. Відкрий Lapix і увійди в акаунт, який хочеш видалити.
  2. Перейди в Профіль › Налаштування › Акаунт.
  3. Натисни «Видалити акаунт» і підтверди.

Без застосунку

Напиши на [email protected] з тієї пошти, на яку зареєстровано акаунт, з темою «Видалення акаунта». Ми виконаємо запит протягом 30 днів і повідомимо про це листом. Запит приймаємо лише з пошти акаунта: так ніхто інший не зможе видалити твій акаунт.

Що видаляється

  • Профіль: імʼя, пошта, місто, фото, опис, налаштування.
  • Пси та їхні профілі, записи догляду й паспорт здоровʼя.
  • Пости, історії, коментарі, повідомлення, тривоги про загублених псів і завантажені фото.
  • Записи прогулянок (час і відстань) і токени сповіщень твоїх пристроїв. Геопозицію Lapix не збирає.

Строки

Після видалення профіль одразу перестає бути видимим для інших людей, а дані остаточно видаляються з наших серверів не пізніше ніж через 30 днів. Копії в резервних архівах зникають, коли ці архіви оновлюються. Якщо закон зобовʼязує нас зберігати якісь дані довше, ми зберігаємо лише їх і лише стільки, скільки цього вимагає закон.

Delete your account

You can delete your Lapix account and the data linked to it at any time: in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app

  1. Open Lapix and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile › Settings › Account.
  3. Tap “Delete account” and confirm.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete the request within 30 days and confirm it by email. We accept requests only from the account's own email, so nobody else can delete your account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, city, photo, bio and settings.
  • Your dogs and their profiles, care records and health passport.
  • Posts, stories, comments, messages, lost dog alerts and uploaded photos.
  • Walk records (time and distance) and the notification tokens of your devices. Lapix does not collect your location.

Timing

Once deleted, your profile is no longer visible to other people, and the data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Copies in backups disappear as those backups are rotated. If the law requires us to keep some data longer, we keep only that data and only for as long as the law requires.
